Tim Southwell, owner and operator at ABC acres, earned his Permaculture Accreditation in 2011 via Kaw Valley Permaculture, as well as in 2014 via Geoff Lawton Online Permaculture Design Course. ABC acres also holds a Meat Locker License c/o the Department of Livestock, Food Processing Licenses c/o Ravalli County Environmental Health, and Food Processing Licenses c/o NC State University.
